9 gluten-free trends to watch in 2020

Whether it’s for health reasons or having a medical condition such as celiac disease, more Americans are going gluten-free. To understand what is happening in the space, we caught up with Jeanne Reid, marketing manager at Gluten Intolerance Group, a nonprofit that certifies gluten-free products. Reid, a mother of three, went gluten-free with her family seven years ago when her youngest son was diagnosed with celiac disease.
